Subscription Terms

1. Plans

Pocket Engineer may offer recurring subscription plans, including:

Prices shown above reflect the current product plan design and may be localized by platform, market, currency, tax treatment, or promotional offer. The price and billing period displayed by the applicable application store or checkout immediately before purchase control the transaction.

2. Free Trial

Pocket Engineer may offer eligible users a 7-day free trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to the selected paid subscription and the applicable store or payment provider will charge the price disclosed at checkout.

Trial availability may be limited to new subscribers, particular plans, markets, platforms, or promotional campaigns. The purchase screen must always disclose the trial period, the post-trial price, billing interval, and automatic-renewal terms before confirmation.

3. Automatic Renewal

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. The applicable payment provider may charge the payment method associated with the user’s store account according to its billing rules.

4. Cancellation

Users may cancel an auto-renewing subscription through the platform through which the subscription was purchased. Cancellation generally prevents the next renewal but does not remove access already paid for during the current billing period, unless applicable law or platform rules provide otherwise.

Uninstalling Pocket Engineer or deleting a Pocket Engineer account does not automatically cancel an external app-store subscription. Users must separately cancel the subscription in Google Play, the App Store, or the payment provider used for the purchase.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, the transaction platform, and the circumstances of the purchase. Purchases processed by Google Play or Apple may be subject to the relevant store’s refund process and policies. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory refund or consumer right.

6. Plan Changes

Pocket Engineer may introduce, modify, or discontinue subscription plans and may change prices prospectively. Where required, notice will be provided before a price change applies to renewal. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed transaction except where authorized by law or platform rules.

7. AI Request Limits

AI request allowances are plan limits for normal product use and are not transferable currency. Limits may reset at the applicable monthly entitlement cycle. Abuse-prevention, security, fair-use, technical, or model-provider limits may also apply. The application should display the remaining allowance where technically practical.

8. Store Terms

Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, or another payment/subscription infrastructure provider may process subscription transactions or entitlement information. Their own terms may also apply to payment processing and account-store management.
